POOL NEWS

A huge thank you to Lindsey O’Sullivan for spearheading the fundraising efforts for a new swing set at the pool! We are incredibly grateful to the 20+ families and the Swim Team for their generous contributions that have made this possible. While the installation is scheduled for September, Lindsey is working hard to see if it can be completed sooner. Thanks, everyone!

As we eagerly await summer, we're thrilled to announce some exciting updates to our pool events calendar. Your feedback has been invaluable in shaping our plans, and we're committed to making this summer one to remember for all our members.

    EVENT UPDATES

    More Live Music

We're excited to announce that we'll be featuring more live music events throughout the summer. Get ready to jam to the sounds of talented local musicians as you enjoy our pool. Our first two musicians are sponsored by the Rempel and Tuttle families. If you would like to sponsor upcoming acts, sign up via SignUpGenius.

    Incorporating Health and Wellness

We're introducing a new addition to our event lineup: monthly poolside Yoga classes. Join us for invigorating sessions led by certified instructors, designed to help you find balance, relaxation, and rejuvenation amidst the summer hustle and bustle.

    Your Food, Your Way

To accommodate everyone's dietary preferences and restrictions, we've decided to transition to a 'Bring Your Own Food' format for our Memorial Day and Labor Day gatherings. Members are encouraged to use our grills, order their favorite take-out or do a potluck with other members. Both events will still incorporate entertainment to maintain the celebratory vibe we all love.

    Simplifying Event Management and Payments

To streamline our operations and enhance convenience for our members, we'll be utilizing WildApricot for event invitations and payment processing. Cash and checks will continue to be accepted, however, we'll gradually transition from using our personal Venmo accounts to ensure a more secure and efficient payment process.

    Utilizing our Website and App

CromwellHillsPool.com will become the central hub for sharing our event calendar, pool news and updates, and important membership information such as pool rules, hours of operation and more. You can also download the WildApricot Member app to view and register for events and access our pool directory.

    Booking Private Events

To reserve our patio for your private event, please submit your request here. If the patio is available, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by an invoice the day of your event. For your convenience, patio reservations will be listed on our event calendar found on our website and member app.

This year, our major capital improvement project is the installation of a new fence around the pool.  This will not only contribute to the safety and enjoyment of our members, but will also add to the aesthetics of our neighborhood.   We thank member Kira Brady for lending her talent, time and expertise to get this done.
